Acceptance of these terms
By using Cella Bot, Cella's dashboard, or a paid Cella plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Cella for a Discord server, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that server and to accept these terms for the use you make of the service.
What Cella is
Cella is a Discord bot and dashboard with server-management, configuration, content, guide, and paid-plan features. Availability of individual features may change over time. Some Premium capabilities are marked as Coming later and are not a promise that every future capability is available today.
Discord accounts and server authority
You must use Cella through a valid Discord account and only for servers you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the permissions you grant, the settings you save, the channels and roles you select, and the actions taken by people you authorize to use your server.
Acceptable use
Do not use Cella to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute harmful content, interfere with the service, exploit bugs, evade limits or plan restrictions, attempt unauthorized access, commit fraud, abuse chargebacks, or disrupt Discord, Stripe, Supabase, or Cella systems. Do not attempt to probe, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service beyond what applicable law permits.
Availability and third-party services
Cella depends on services operated by third parties, including Discord and Stripe. Their availability, policies, and actions may affect Cella. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, or comply with requirements for the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Paid plans and recurring billing
Cella Plus is offered at $4.99 monthly or $49.99 yearly. Cella Pro is offered at $9.99 monthly or $99.99 yearly. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. Billing is processed through Stripe, and the checkout flow shows the applicable price and terms before purchase.
You can normally manage or cancel an eligible recurring subscription through Cella's billing controls and Stripe Customer Portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access generally remains available through the applicable paid billing period, subject to Stripe/payment state and Cella's actual entitlement implementation.
Cella Pro Lifetime
Cella Pro Lifetime is a $249.99 one-time purchase for one Discord server. It is non-transferable and provides access for the lifetime of the Cella service, not the purchaser's lifetime. It does not promise that Cella will operate forever. A full refund, or a lost payment dispute or chargeback, revokes the Lifetime entitlement.
Refunds, suspension, and termination
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, fraud or abuse has occurred, payment is not completed, or continued access could harm Cella, users, or service providers.
Intellectual property
Cella and its original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable right to use Cella for its intended purpose. You retain responsibility for the content and settings you provide or configure.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Cella is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cella will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or service access arising from use of or inability to use Cella.
